Terms & Conditions

1. Presentation

Les Ateliers du Rhôme offers:

  • Yoga classes

  • Nature workshops

  • Practice cards

  • Well‑being services

2. Prices

Prices are listed in euros. VAT not applicable, according to Article 293 B of the French Tax Code. Prices may be changed at any time.

3. Booking

Bookings are made through Wix Bookings. An automatic confirmation email is sent after each reservation.

4. Payment

Payments are processed via Stripe, a secure payment platform. Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase.

5. Cancellation / Refund Policy

Yoga classes

  • Cancellation is possible up to 6 hours before the class.

  • After this deadline, the class is due (except in cases of force majeure).

Nature workshops

  • Cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the workshop.

  • After this deadline, no refund is possible (except in cases of force majeure).

Practice booklets

  • Digital product → no refunds after purchase.

6. Liability

Practicing yoga requires appropriate physical condition. Participants are responsible for informing the instructor of any medical contraindications. Les Ateliers du Rhôme cannot be held liable for injuries resulting from improper execution or failure to disclose relevant health information.

7. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
