Service Description

A dynamic yet accessible vinyasa flow, built around a peak pose that guides the entire session. We alternate between held postures (1 to 5 breaths) and fluid transitions inspired by sun salutations. The pace is progressive: we gradually increase the intensity without ever pushing the body too hard, developing strength, mobility, and awareness of movement. Perfect for those who want a complete, intelligent, challenging, but not cardio-intensive class.
